How much is shipping?
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $30
All orders under $30 come with a $8.00 Regular shipping 10.00 Express shipping option.
All shipping Within Australia comes with tracking and Australia Post Insurance cover.
When will I receive my order?
Orders processed before 12pm AEST will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped out the next business day.
During high peak holiday and sales periods please allow an additional 24- 48 hours order processing time.
Australia post Express post with tracking 1-3 business days.
Australia post shipping times may vary during high volume times such as Christmas/new year.
Can I track my order?
Yes! all orders have Australia post tracking your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! we now ship to New Zealand and the USA!
What are your payment methods?

Do I have to sign up to PayPal to use it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind of makeup, makeup tools or brushes wigs and accessories please see our returns policy page for more info.
