How much is shipping?

We offer free express shipping when you spend over $80.

$8.95 regular shipping or $10 express shipping fee for orders under $80


When will I receive my order? 

Orders processed before 2pm AEST will be shipped out the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped out the next business day.

Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped out Monday morning.

During high peak holiday and sales periods  please allow an additional 24- 48 hours order processing time.

Australia post Express post with tracking  1-3 business days.

Australia post shipping times may vary during high volume times such as Christmas/new year.

Can I track my order? 

Yes all orders have Australia post tracking your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has be processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Do I have to sign up to PayPal to use it?

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind of makeup, makeup tools or brushes due to hygiene reasons please see our returns policy page for more info.
